New Sponsor Adds Support to GB Team

The Great Britain Inline Hockey Team are delighted to announce a sponsorship agreement with Newcastle based manufacturer
D-Line (Europe) Ltd.

The British company have committed a four figure sum to help Great Britain compete at the International Ice Hockey Federation’s (IIHF) In-Line Men’s World Championships this May in Passau and Landschut, Germany.

D-Line are a progressive company specialising in the design and manufacture of high quality surface wiring solutions for Electrical, Plumbing, Flooring and DIY consumers offering high value and superior products that are manufactured in Europe. With their headquarters in Newcastle Upon Tyne, the company supply the plumbing and electrical trade, retail and directly to the general public.

Under the terms of the sponsorship agreement, D-Line Ltd’s name will appear on the new home and away GB Team jerseys to be launched in the coming weeks.

“We’re delighted to welcome D-Line on board to help support our inline hockey programme,” said GB Manager Dave Hawkins. “They are a friendly, expanding company and they have chosen to help us out and we are very grateful for their support.

“In Germany we’ll wear their name on our jersey and hope that we can repeat our successes of recent years by bringing back a medal.”
